Chef Jozef Youssef is the creative mind behind Kitchen Theory, a leading culinary design studio specialising in immersive, multisensory dining. With a background in Michelin-starred restaurants, he blends gastronomy, science, and design to push the boundaries of how we experience food.
Since founding Kitchen Theory in 2010, he has collaborated with Oxford University and Imperial College London, published 27+ academic papers, and designed groundbreaking dining experiences for global brands like Google, Audi, McDonald’s, and Chivas (see our portfolio link).
A TEDx speaker, author, and TV personality, Chef Jozef has appeared as a guest chef and judge on BBC MasterChef UK, MBC’s Top Chef, and Food Network & Warner Bros.’ Wizard’s of Baking. His work has been featured in The Guardian, BBC, CBS, and The New Yorker.
